Effects of long-term marijuana use

According to research, long-term marijuana users get LESS munchies, process sugar better, and are less prone to type 2 diabetes or obesity. Researchers think that long-term use eventually makes the THC appetite stimulant receptors resistant. Much like insulin resistance except is not permanent, stops after a month of not smoking. Plus THC is a powerful anti-inflammatory, and most of the damage from carb-induced insulin is from inflammation. Also likely prevents cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer. Apparently. there are only positive health effects from THC, hence the recent news.
